Bay Front Lot priced to sell! New Survey by Ruben Surveying and Wetland Study by BDI have been done. All of the lot is wetland except for a rectangular area surrounded by a rectangular retaining wall. A strip of the lot along the bay is in the VE flood zone with a base flood elevation of 11-ft. The rest of the lot is AE Flood zone with a base flood elevation of 8-ft. Surveyor told buyer that a building will need to be elevated on pilings at least 3-ft higher than the base elevation. There are two buried tanks on the property whose purpose is unknown to the seller.
